Please take note of the information below. While our goal is to provide you with the highest quality product, what you see on your computer may be different than the colors of the final product.

Exact PMS color matching is not available with digitally printed graphics.

Due to differences in programs and printers, color variations are common. Those orders requiring close color tolerances should apply a full color graphic with the order or specific PMS numbers to approximate. We do offer product or paper proofs for an additional fee.

Our company policy is that the computer file provided takes precedence over printed materials provided unless otherwise specified.

Artwork Information

Our state of the art image processing equipment and our high speed four color laser printers have given us the ability to work with many image file formats. Although we can produce buttons from most image editing programs there are some guidelines that with help us provide you with the highest quality products in the industry today.

We use IBM based equipment and our standard image processing program is Corel Draw. Our preferred file format is the Corel Draw format (CDR). We understand that you may not have this option available and have made provisions for accepting other image formats.

Below are the guidelines for printable images.


Optimum Resolution: 200 - 300dpi.

Accepted Image Formats
1) CDR / .CDR
2) Generic EPS / .EPS
3) EPS / .EPS
4) TIF / .TIF
5) JPEG / JPG

Save the jpg file in Baseline ("Standard") format. Do NOT "Optimize" or save it as "Progressive"!

If you are unable to provide images in the CDR, EPS, or Generic EPS formats then you should use the TIF format.

We do NOT accept images in GIF format. We also cannot accept images from programs such as Paint, Printmaster, PrintShop, MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint or similar lower end image programs.
